LinkedUp Training C.I.C aims to increase staff productivity and efficiency, bridging skills gaps to give employers what they need. The Organisation works with many educational and practical trainers, with team qualifications ranging from Primary School Teachers to fully qualified Accountants, Lawyers, MBA’s, IT, Sales and Marketing experts and Business support specialists.
Training offered can be half or one day or over a course of several weeks, individual subject areas or a series of topics. Most importantly, saving you money and increasing productivity and ROI. Bespoke courses are designed with the client in mind at all times.
Training can be in a group for businesses or for individuals – 1:1 or 1:Many. All required learning materials will be provided.
We will train existing staff to maximise their skills, reaching their potential in their current jobs, to be more efficient and productive.

Finance for non-accountants – for sole traders, account managers, business owners or confused CEO’s!
Marketing and Marketing Communications – what marketing is and how to reach your customers, social media and customer retention – assessing your competitive advantage
Sales – Process of lead generation, increase your ROI with your existing staff and build lasting productive relationships. Don’t lose the sale – what happens if you do?
Start-Up! (and Entrepreneurship)
Process of starting up a business and legal structures, determination, problem solving, passion and creativity, risk-taking, personal development, communication, presentation and time management, resources and skills required
Social Enterprise – the different routes and legal structures to achieve your aims
Beginner Soft Skills, Basic IT or Business Skills Taster Sessions (some funded places)
Technical skills will get you the interview, but soft skills will get you the job! You need both. Learn what people skills employers are looking for, what you possess that will demonstrate your emotional intelligence. Are you motivated? Can you read a situation and take appropriate action, can you communicate with all personality types, lead, manage your time and problem s0lve? Are you a good team player? This training will teach you about the personal attributes that employers want to see you have to make a positive contribution to their workplace.
